To claim this reward, simply fill in my referral code during the registration process. Then, top up RM30 into your Setel app and spend the entire amount on fuel or Petronas products. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive a RM5 credit.

Why the RM30 top-up? It’s a requirement set by Petronas. After spending your first RM30, you’ll be rewarded with RM5.

What is Setel? It’s a convenient app that allows you to fuel up quickly without having to go to the cashier. Using your mobile app, such as Maybank2u, you can transfer funds directly to pay for your fuel. You can even top up your Setel wallet in advance.

It’s a really cool tool! When you park at a Petronas station, the app will automatically detect your location. If your fuel pump is numbered Setel 7, for example, you simply open the Setel app, select ‘Purchase Fuel’, and then tap on ‘Setel 7’.Enter the amount you want to spend (e.g., RM30, RM50, or full tank) and tap to start fueling. It’s that simple! Just hop out of your car, grab the fuel nozzle, and fill up. As soon as you return the nozzle, the system will automatically stop the pump and process your payment.

Convenient, right?

Remember: If your car is at fuel pump Setel 7, press 7. If it’s at Setel 3, press 3. The system will then initiate the fueling process.

When you go to the store to buy snacks, simply scan the QR code to pay. You can also link your Petronas Mesra card for even faster transactions.
