Governor Kathy Hochul provided a comprehensive update on the Rainbow Bridge incident in Niagara Falls, assuring New Yorkers that, based on the preliminary investigation, there is no indication of terrorist involvement. The incident involved a high-speed crash into a Customs and Border Patrol booth, resulting in a fiery explosion. Two individuals in the vehicle tragically died, while the border patrol officer sustained minor injuries.
