Leaving the House at Eight a.m.
Today I’m feeling extra motivated and excited for a new day. That’s why I leave my house each morning at eight a.m., no matter what the day holds. Sure, it’s a bit early, but it gives me an extra hour of productivity to get ahead on whatever project or goal I’m working on.
On my drive, I listen to inspiring podcasts, fill out my gratitude journal, and visualize the success I want to achieve. That one hour alone gives me an extra dose of confidence and a clear perspective on how to tackle my day.
Once I arrive at the office, I’m energized and ready to tackle anything the day throws my way. Even if I’m running late, I never lose my enthusiasm because that one extra hour of productivity puts me ahead. It gives me a chance to complete any lingering tasks before they become more urgent, while also allowing me to check off things on my list and accomplish more each day.
Making the commitment to leave my house at eight a.m. each day has made a significant difference in my work ethic. I have the momentum I need to stay productive and I never feel overwhelmed or defeated by my workload.
Leaving the house at eight a.m. might seem like an odd decision at first, but if you’re feeling sluggish and unmotivated then I highly recommend giving it a try. The extra hour of productivity could be just the motivation you need to power through your day and take one step closer to success.
