Happiness is good health and a bad memory.

It’s often said that happiness is found in good health and a bad memory. On the surface, it may sound like an oxymoron. But when you think about it, there’s some truth to the statement.

When it comes to physical health, studies have shown time and time again that a healthy body can lead to a happier life. Regular exercise, eating nutritious foods, and getting enough rest can go a long way in improving our physical and mental wellbeing. We feel better physically and this usually helps us be in better spirits overall.

Having a bad memory also plays into our sense of happiness. Forgetting about past wrongdoings or things that make us unhappy can bring joy back into our lives. Letting go of grudges and living with more peace can bring more positivity into our daily lives and make us appreciate the little moments in life more fully.
