Laugh loudly, laugh often, and most important, laugh at yourself.

We all need to make sure we take the time to laugh. It is one of the best ways to lighten our moods, increase joy and find a more positive outlook on life.

When it comes to laughing, we should not only do it often but also do it loudly. Letting out big hearty laughs can help us to relieve stress and bring on a better mindset for taking on any situation that may come our way. And sometimes, these moments of laughter will even become fond memories with friends and family that you can cherish for years to come.

Most importantly, though, we must learn to laugh at ourselves! Too often, people are too hard on themselves when something goes wrong. They take failure too personally and dwell in their sorrows instead of trying to use humour as an outlet or looking at the situation with a new perspective.

Laughter is such a great tool that we should be taking advantage of it in our lives more often. So, make sure you’re laughing loudly, laughing often, and most important: laugh at yourself!
