Every man is a poet when he is in love.

The experience of falling in love is unique to each person and, oftentimes, its impact can’t be adequately expressed with words. But if there’s one phrase that encapsulates what being in love is like, it would have to be “Every man is a poet when he is in love.”

When someone falls for another person, it changes them profoundly and affects the way they see the world around them. The sight of a lover can transform an ordinary day into a celebration and a mundane moment into something special. The thought of them fills their heart with joy and infuses every part of their life with emotion.

No one understands this feeling better than poets. They have long been able to craft vivid descriptions of love, illustrating the indescribable feeling that accompanies it. But even poets must pause when attempting to explain what being in love feels like; some feelings simply can’t be expressed with words alone. That’s why they say “Every man is a poet when he is in love” – because when you’re truly head-over-heels for someone else, language just isn’t enough.

Being in love makes us feel like we are invincible and no obstacle or challenge can stand in our way. We gain newfound courage and determination because we know that our loved one will always have our back, no matter what comes our way. As well as helping us cope during difficult times, being in love brings out the best versions of ourselves – versions that never knew existed until they fell head-over-heels for someone else.

At its core, this phrase speaks volumes about the power of love and how it changes us fundamentally from the inside out. Even if words don’t quite do justice to the magnitude of the feeling itself, “every man is a poet when he is in love” provides us with an invaluable reminder of the strength that comes with experiencing true love firsthand.
