Stonehenge Mystery Unsolved

Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument located in Wiltshire, England, consisting of a ring of standing stones, each around 13 feet high, 7 feet wide, and weighing around 25 tons. The monument was constructed in several stages over a period of about 1,500 years, from around 3000 BC to 1600 BC.

The purpose of Stonehenge is still unclear and remains the subject of much debate among scholars and historians. Some theories suggest that it was a place of religious worship or a site for astronomical observation, while others propose that it may have been used for burial ceremonies or as a place for healing.

Despite its mysterious origins and purpose, Stonehenge continues to attract millions of visitors each year and is considered one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. In 1986, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.
